ONBOARDING CALL

A kickoff  zoom call with your coach to map out a game plan for success and make sure you are feeling motivated and crystal clear on where you are headed in both the short and long term.

WEEKLY CHECK INS

We are tackling your nutrition, training, and mindset each and every week to make sure that the needle is moving in the right direction towards your goals. This also means educating you on the “why” along the way so you know exactly where you’re going and how we’re going to get you there.

DAILY PRIVATE TEXT MESSAGING

Life is unexpected and sometimes we need support in the moment! This means having direct communication with your coach to make sure questions get answered and you feel supported and confident every step of the way.

OFFICE HOURS

Office hours 2x a week to get that face to face communication and really dial-in to make sure you are set up for the week ahead.

CUSTOM TRAINING BREAKDOWN AND GUIDANCE

In-depth app support to make sure you’re executing the training correctly and that you are progressing properly. Your coach will be giving you insight and form help to make sure your training is intentional and effective so we can streamline your results.

CLIENT RESOURCE DATABASE

Over 150 resources including meal ideas, example grocery lists, video trainings, and educational modules that you not only get access to during our time working together, but also afterwards. We are very serious when we say we want to set you up for life, and this means being able to take resources with you so you can refer back to them at any given time.

Fitness can be lonely, but being surrounded by like-minded individuals who are on the same path as you can make it more empowering to win the day. You will be added to a welcoming community group chat straight away!

OWNER OF THE FIT BREAKTHROUGH

All I wanted for years was to have a toned and lean physique. After quitting sports and gaining 25lbs, I felt hopeless. The only time I would see a LITTLE progress was when I was eating 1400 calories a day and running daily. If I was going to do something I was going to do it all the way, which led me down a path of living in the extremes.

8 years ago I felt so defeated and like I just lacked the discipline and liked food too much to see results long term. However, I hired my first coach and fell in love with learning how to create sustainable change. After years of learning, growing, and accomplishing what I never thought I could, I started The Fit Breakthrough with one goal in mind: to help women stuck in the all-or-nothing cycles step into their power and change their body composition WITHOUT crash dieting. 
I am proud to say we’ve helped over 300 women reach that goal and counting.

HEY, I'M LAURA!

I am a trained chemist, but found my passion for changing women’s lives through proper nutrition and training. Once my college softball career ended due to injury, I felt lost and turned to food for comfort. After years of fed diet failures, I decided to take control of my life and choose sustainability and education over quick fixes.

I am now certified in sports nutrition, a certified PT, and I have a Health Mindset Coaching Certification. I’ve been a coach at The Fit Breakthrough for over two years and it’s so fulfilling helping these women step into their power.

HEY GUYS I'M EVELYN!

I grew up playing sports year round for 10+ years, but after sports ended I quickly realized I never learned how to properly eat and train for my physique goals. I had the goal to gain muscle and lose body fat, but all the online information was confusing and conflicting.

It wasn’t until I hired my first online fitness coach that I felt empowered to fuel, get stronger, and see results.


I am now on a mission to help women achieve the same breakthrough as I aim to make fitness less complicated and more enjoyable.

I am an ISSA CPT, PN1, and have completed a Health Mindset Coaching Certification. I love the impact I get to make as an online coach.
